How to Book

Booking with VILLISSIMA is easy

Please email us at booking@villissima.com or simply call us on one of the website contact numbers: our consultants are available to discuss details of any villas you like or suggest suitable villas based on your chosen area and party size.

Of course, you may have already created a Private Portfolio of the properties that seem to suit the most: availability and rates can be discussed at this point.

After reaching initial agreement, we will email you confirming details such as the villa name, booking dates, the total rent, and the Terms and Conditions as well as the directions for payment of the reservation fee, half the 50% booking deposit, by credit card with the 3% fee at our expense.

Upon confirmation of receipt of the reservation fee, we will email to you a Rental Agreement and request that you:

• Check that the Rental Agreement details are correct within three days
• Fax us the signed copy of the Rental Agreement along with a copy of your passport or national ID card and credit card (both sides)
• Make payment of the balance of the booking deposit by telegraphic bank transfer to our nominated account or by credit card (incurring a 3% surcharge) within five (5) working days of the request.

When we have the documents and the total booking deposit, we will email you a confirmation of the booking and, if you require, FEDEX you a signed copy of the Rental Agreement.
