During your stay, our concierge offices in Saint Tropez, Cannes, and Monaco, in Provence, in Lucca, Florence, and Salerno, and in Marrakech are just a phone call away 7/7.

For our clients, good enough is not good enough, and they provide a complete range of services designed to accommodate the exigencies of your particular lifestyle:

• Employing extra staff such as a nanny, waiter or barman;
• A personal assistant or a tour guide fluent in English, Russian, or Chinese;
• Arranging airport-villa transfer for the late arrival or early departure of guests—avoids the embarrassment of not going to the airport;
• Making wine purchases and last-minute restaurant bookings;
• Booking beauty treatments, a masseuses, a fitness instructor or golf and tennis pros;
• Making tee-off time reservations & gym appointments;

In Italy, our Florence concierge office can arrange a multilingual tour guide for any local visits as well as tours to the other Renaissance cities such as Siena: they can organize guidance from a personal shopper; and they can easily arrange your own exclusive showing—in a privatized salon or discreetly at home in the villa—of the finest designer clothes, watches, and jewellery.

They can also make arrangements for private, after-hours museum visits; they can orchestrate an exotic party or banquet in your villa, and they have the influence to privatize a palazzo or museum for a truly glamorous soirée.

Finally, as well as the organization of olive oil and wine tasting tours—for the more discerning wine collector—we can arrange for bespoke wine appreciation sessions in the cellars of leading Tuscan estates.

On the Amalfi coast, our concierge office will organize transfer by air-conditioned car or limousine from Naples airport to Sorrento or Positano and, for those clients heading for Capri or Ischia, private motor boat transfer to the island: all this with baggage handlers so you can relax and need lift nothing.

During your stay, we can arrange for private maritime excursions to tranquil coves and beaches as well as to other islands.

In Sardinia, our concierge office—English and Russian-speaking staff are on hand to help you—will organize the transfer from Olbia airport to Porto Rotondo or to Porto Cervo. During your stay, we can arrange for unforgettable private maritime excursions to remote beaches, for a personal shopper to guide you around all the boutiques in Porto Cervo, for tee-off times on the best golf course, for restaurant bookings, for rental of exotic cars, and for special access to the top social bars and night clubs.

In Morocco, our Marrakech concierge office arranges bespoke cultural tours and guided shopping visits to the more dependable merchants in the souks, restaurant bookings and tee-off times in the world-class Palmeraie courses; camel trekking locally or—further south near the gates of the desert—luxury safaris and, for the more intrepid, hot air ballooning; they can also organize exotic private parties in your villa; for the most exigent gourmet, we can easily have a French chef flown in from London or the South of France.
