Our team is a dynamic group of self-motivated professionals with a wealth of experience in luxury travel and real estate—both sales and rental—as well as events management sectors. All of us share a great passion for unique venues gorgeous houses, and the sheer joy of luxury travel.

The relationships we have carefully nurtured over many years with villa owners and our associate concierge companies is unique, allowing us to offer clients a peerless bespoke service.

The marketing group is made up of a number of seasoned executives including a Monaco-based socialite, Pierre Gervois and his multinational Shanghai group and, in Russia, Maria Maslenikova.

Pierre is an alumni of one of the Paris Grandes Ecoles with experience in both the French political milieu and public relations.

His mandate is to prepare the company for further penetration of the growing Asia market: Peoples Republic of China, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.

Maria is university educated with a classics education, bilingual, has travelled widely, and has marketing experience in the luxury travel field.

She spends a great deal of her sales time social networking in Moscow where she liaises with senior Moscow businessmen, figures in the art world, and our associate luxury travel agents.

The Global Manager - Concierge Services, Patrice Bertocco, has an education in tourism, is quadrilingual, and has wide experience in the luxury travel and cruise fields.

Patrice is resident on the French Riviera: from his Cannes base, he serves all clients, providing post-booking services as well as directing the activities of the satellite concierge offices.

The Chief Counsel - Sales and Acquisitions, Patrick Armstrong McCrea, is a chartered surveyor: he was manager of Hamptons Paris office and now has a little over thirty years experience marketing trophy properties in the South of France, Italy and Morocco.

Patrick’s extraordinary social and business contact allows us discreet access to sales and rental properties, giving the company exclusive representation of villas beyond the reach of local or international agents.

The CIO, Hassan Basharat, is a university-educated IT professional endowed with great communication skills: he manages the company web site—our main marketing vehicle—assisted by a team of specialists with in-depth experience of real-time financial systems and website building.

Hassan divides his time between his Karachi base and his London office: this mobility allows him insight into our new developments in Europe.

Villissima is advised by a cutting-edge Tokyo emarketing company headed by Michael Rollins and his multinational team, the web site designers.

Michael and Hassan collaborate to ensure the web site is not only accessible but also structured to ensure potential clients a good user experience while locating suitable villas.

The Villissima team work together using the very latest in communications technology: their esprit de corps is enhanced by regular meetings and twice annual group meetings in the South of France and Morocco.
