Terms & Conditions of Booking
We do not act as agents in that we actually rent the property as a company: use of this approach is of pertinent legal importance for French property since, in France, the profession of real estate agent ("agent immobilier") is strictly controlled.However, it is important for all countries since it means that our clients are dealing directly with us rather than with a remote and unidentified party via an agency with limited responsibility.
We rent each property, carry out the full conversion by ensuring that all amenities and services are in place, and arrange for full staffing: our clients simply enjoy all the privileges—hassle free.
The terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement clearly state these facts as well as ensuring the following:
- The agreement is binding on all parties involved
- The rent and length of stay are fixed
- Change is only permitted in the case of "force majeure".
- The services and staff included in the rent are clearly stated
- Any extra costs are clearly stated
- Cancellation provisions are detailed
- The rent payment schedule and procedures are outlined
- Security deposits and refund terms are clearly spelled out.
The full terms and conditions are always provided to registered clients nearing the point of booking.
