Villa Rates

Whilst we give a general guide to property rates, it is not our policy to publish the exact rates for individual properties since discretion is preferred by most owners and, in any event, we can usually negotiate advantageous rates for our clients when it comes to booking time.

Nor are availabilities published since they can change daily—and will during the annual rush to get the best villas—and statements could well be misleading: we do, however, constantly monitor availabilities and can obtain precise details as a client expresses serious interest in a specific property.
